If you can't get going in the morning without a sugary coffee, need a treat to boost your energy in the afternoon and have tried and failed to cut down on eating carbs, then you could be a sugar addict.

As 2019 draws closer, so does the Spice Girls' latest reunion tour, which is set for May/June next year.
But as the girls - Mel C, Geri Horner, Mel C and Emma Bunton [not Victoria Beckham] - gear up to hit rehearsals next month, reports are suggesting that they're considering changing some of their riskier lyrics.
Notably, the line 'Yellow man in Timbuktu/Colour for both me and you' from their sixth single Spice Up Your Life is potentially on the chopping block, with worries that it is now considered racist.
ThrillersReviewBoiling Point director Philip Barantini brings more clammy tension to a tale of a young man who becomes the target of a witch-hunt after a London bombing
For all of the breathless acclaim directed at Chicago-set kitchen drama The Bear, it was Philip Barantini’s Dalston-set equivalent Boiling Point from a year before that truly captured the heat and horror of working in a restaurant. Filmed in one continuous take, it was both technical triumph and masterclass in high-wire suspense, fumbling perhaps in its final overblown moments, but involving enough that by the end, you felt as exhausted as a pot washer ending a busy shift.

"For sun friendly styling, I would suggest protective styles like braiding, buns or twists," says curl expert and Bouclème founder, Michele Scott-Lynch.

Barry Bonds played MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates and, most notably, for the San Francisco Giants. He was popular for his ability to slam home runs with ease. His athletic defense only further increased his value.
